The compensation package at Hess is very competitive.

Base salary is often the largest and most visible part of your compensation. But you get much more for working at Hess. We recognize our best performers and provide them with financial rewards that match their contributions to the company over time.

We carefully consider performance when determining who will receive base salary increases and the size of those increases. We have systems that ensure we are internally fair and externally very competitive.

Your pay can be enhanced by an annual bonus, which is based on how you as an individual, your business unit, and the company perform. Our bonus plans link you to what's most important to the business.
