The position is responsible for supporting a diverse portfolio of systems and technologies in support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and the Human Resource (HR) function. The candidate participates in the design, development, implementation and integration of web-based technology solutions and integration. The IAM portfolio includes technologies to support the identity lifecycle, system provisioning, authentication, among others. The HR portfolio includes, but is not limited to, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession, Reporting, and Learning. Provide primary administration and support for systems and technologies, project management, and cross-training team members.  The portfolio of systems includes commercial off the shelf (COTS), custom developed, databases, web sites, and portals.  The systems employ a wide array of technologies but are generally SaaS, technologies specific to COTS vendors, or utilize the Microsoft technology stack.

The candidate will have the opportunity to learn a vast array of systems and technologies in the IAM and HR spaces. They will provide expertise in the integration of systems and technologies across the business. They will determine requirements specifications and implement complex business solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with a project team. They will assist in technically difficult support problems.




System Design and Development:

  • Partner with business leaders and business process owners
  • Develop and implement technical solutions as required to solve business challenges
  • Develop appropriate specifications and documentation
  • Manage software, hardware, and services vendors
  • Execute testing and implementation plans


Provide System IT Systems Support:

  • System upgrades
  • Defect / issue resolution
  • Continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with vendors
  • End-user support





  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems development and / or systems support.
  • Significant experience developing systems or solutions utilizing the Microsoft technology stack (e.g. SQL Server, .NET, C#, TFS, etc.).
  • Proven experience in learning new technologies, especially those that are integration, infrastructure or IT security related.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and develop working relationships in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to accurately and thoroughly completed assigned activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal, communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.


Education, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Certification or training in Microsoft technologies a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, C#, .NET a plus.
