Lead Planner within the Developments Team supporting Offshore and Onshore Project reporting to the Developments Business Manager.



  • Develop maintenance task list and work packs for surface corrective and modification work (job steps, work permit requirements, materials, equipment, resources, estimated costs).
  • Build maintenance plans and task lists in SAP for surface preventive work based on maintenance strategies and work instructions from Reliability Engineering.
  • Knowledge of and strong advocate for master data standard in SAP (i.e. Functional Location hierarchy, notification and work order data standards)
  • Update and continuously improve library of standard task lists and work packs
  • Engage contractor community to develop and continuously improve work plans
  • Familiar with Offshore Regulatory Testing and Inspection requirements (i.e. API 14C)
  • Work closely with Craft and Area Logistics specialist to ensure job plans are accurate and lead to efficient work execution
  • Audit work execution and work history to make improvements to future job planning
  • Scope work when needed on Corrective Maintenance and Small Projects



  • Industrial / Oilfield experience
  • Planning experience
  • Craft skills
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in Offshore Maintenance and Operations



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or technical degree preferred
