POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for executing the overall HR technology strategy in support of HR and business processes.  As a functional expert, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating enhancements that will improve HR processes and support business needs.  

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a functional expert, you will be expected to:

  • Analyze complex business processes
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify opportunities and make recommendations as appropriate
  • Develop appropriate specifications and documentation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and execute testing plans
  • Execute implementation plans

 

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for one or more applications/process areas encompassing all that is involved in operationally maintaining and optimizing a system, including:

  • Data integration  
  • Clear understanding of the employee life cycle to optimize integration points from Recruiting through Off boarding
  • Data governance
  • Security
  • Report design
  • End-user support
  • Change Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Develop and deliver training

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR process-project management
  • Strong project and relationship management skills
  • Direct experience in implementing or managing one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors HR applications: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation or Succession  
  • Knowledge of SAP BI reporting tools highly desirable
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and develop effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high volume environment

 

Education, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
