Leading HR Digital/HRIS team and working collaboratively with key HR stakeholders, IT and service providers, the Sr Manager is directly responsible for the planning, design, delivery and optimization of our core HCM (SuccessFactors) as well as functional oversight of all other related-HR systems and applications. There are three significant aspects for the role. First is partnering with HR process owners in understanding, translating and prioritizing their needs into an overall HR digital plan, which goes hand in hand with HR functional direction and fits into budgetary reality. Second is interfacing with IT teams to ensure HR fits into enterprise IT strategy and gets adequate IT support. Third aspect lies in external ecosystem, keeping current with trends and taking a lead role in relationship management with vendors/partners for advice and delivery. This role acts as the SME on HRIS/HR Digital and sits within the HR function in its Service Delivery arm where optimization, design-thinking and employee experience is essential for success. This position reports to the Director HR Digital, Policy and Service Delivery.



  • Oversees and maintains optimal function and performance of our core HCM and related HR systems and applications
  • Actively support key customer groups such as the Talent Acquisition, Organization Effectiveness, Learning, Total Rewards, and HR Service Delivery teams to understand annual events, pain points, upcoming projects
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to plan, prioritize, operationalize and deliver short- and long-term HR systems project portfolio and objectives
  • Accountable in system delivery and troubleshooting
  • Builds workplan to prioritize activities and resources, owns operating rhythms to provide responsive customer service and proactive communication
  • SME and key contributor to system and application decisions by providing system and organizational readiness assessments with process owners
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HR technology/digital space to drive the short- and long-term goals of our HR digital roadmap
  • Ownership on contracts and vendor relationships
  • Implements, oversees and manages system refreshes, operational fixes, software upgrades and product enhancements
  • Ensures all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
  • Ensure all data retention policies, controls and practices are adhered to
  • Ensure the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance



  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR process design and project management, including progressive experience managing vendors
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, including influencing, and team building skills
  • Ideal candidate will have direct experience in implementing and managing one or more of the following SuccessFactors HR applications: employee central, talent acquisition, performance management, learning management, or onboarding
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and develop effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to produce accurate work
  • Excellent written and verbal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative, high volume environment
  • Experience in design-thinking, agile development and/or other creative problem-solving techniques desired

Education, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s level degree preferred
