ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write or review/approve inspection plans for static pressured equipment
  • Review/approve inspection reports provided by contract inspectors
  • Provide front line problem solving for recommendations / repair plans. Redirect contractor inspection as required for additional data capture.
  • Audit contract inspection crews for safety, quality, and delivery following SOPs.
  • Audit contract inspection certification and keep document management on qualifications.
  • Front line accountability for inspection compliance (PSM, DOT, Regulatory, etc.)
  • Integrity Management Database Owner – creating/maintaining equipment, audit for quality

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION   

  • API Certifications (510/570/653) and ASNT Level II in UT/PT/MT
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, PCMS, PCS, UltraPipe, SAP)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment

     

Education/Training   

  • High School Degree/GED
