Facilities Engineering and Construction Jobs

Facilities engineers and construction professionals play important roles in Hess construction projects worldwide. They are core members of integrated asset management teams everywhere we operate and have the opportunity to work in many facets of our business.

They work on multidisciplinary teams to monitor and optimize production, and manage projects to build new oil and gas production facilities and other production-handling infrastructure. They lead or participate in root cause failure analyses to improve production availability and reduce operating expenses.

We look for facility engineering and construction professionals who have strong analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. We value a variety of engineering degrees from mechanical, chemical, automation and controls, electrical and structural.

Facility engineering jobs at Hess require a bachelors or masters of science degree in engineering. We encourage our engineers to become professional or chartered engineers depending on work location.
