Internships
Hess interns are a critical pipeline to our early career programs. Our interns see our operations firsthand, participate in real project teams and learn how the business works. They are exposed to top executives and some of the most highly skilled professionals in the business. Like a Hess employee, interns get feedback on how they are doing and receive invaluable coaching. They also build relationships and connections with other interns and professionals.
If you’re a dedicated, top-performing individual with a willingness to take on challenging assignments, we invite you to explore a Hess Internship in the following areas:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical & Petroleum)
- Geosciences
- Operations
- Finance & Accounting
- Global Supply Chain
- Information Technology
Intern-oriented positions available in different work locations list each work site where the job is offered in the job description. Recruiting teams will discuss these sites with you during the interview process.
