POSITION SUMMARY
This member of the Hess Cybersecurity team works cross-organizationally with IT and other business support organizations and focuses on the continuing success of Cybersecurity programs and projects as well as Cyber Risk Management and Governance. 

 

This role will directly interface with IT Business Liaisons, IT/OT service providers, IT/OT technology/infrastructure teams, product vendors, IT finance, Supply Chain, Internal and External Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Project Management Office teams.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Effective program leadership skills and experience leading project teams
  • Experience working with both technical, business, and operational teams
  • Proven experience reviewing/analyzing:
    • Service and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 reports,
    • Request for Proposal responses/evaluations
  • Ability to establish and maintain program performance and risk metrics

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the cybersecurity training and awareness program and expand it to include specialized content for IT/OT Professionals, Finance/Treasury, and Supply Chain;
  • Oversee cybersecurity project managers and ensure adherence to standard Project Management Office (PMO) process
  • Manage the cybersecurity risk register
  • Report updates to Enterprise Risk Management
  • Manage Cybersecurity Policy and Standards
  • Work independently with guidance only in complex situations

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years IT Security and/or IT Risk Management experience

 

Education, Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One or more of the following (or comparable) certifications
    • CRISC, CISA, CISM, GCPM, GSTRT
