ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop weekly individual work schedule based on competency
  • Oversee daily embedded craft work – checking for Safety, following of work standards, accuracy and completeness of work order completion.
  • Looks for and identifies opportunities for improvement of wrench time and job quality
  • Works closely with Reliability Engineers to develop and improve work execution SWI’s around PM and CM
  • Monitors process metrics to drive equipment reliability
  • Accountable for performance evaluations and calibrations
  • Works with Area Logistic Specialist to identify opportunities using the 30, 60, 90 deferral tool to pre-populate forward looking integrated schedules for the areas.
  • Monitors contractor performance and competency to deliver improvements in efficient execution of work through enforcing Standard Work.
  • Provides inputs to ISP performance management
  • Assist Defect Elimination Teams (DET’s to improve PM's and equipment performance.
  • Responsible for Mechanic and I&E Tech competency development / training
  • Serves as the primary contact / liaison between contractors and Hess.
  • Understand, Communicate, Monitor, and Re-enforce compliance of Work Execution Processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience/Skills

  • 7-10 years of Field operations experience required
  • Equipment subject matter experts.
  • Logistics and Scheduling management experience
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP, Prometheus)
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment
  • 3-5 years Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred

Education/Training

  • Bachelors, or Associates degree preferred
  • SAP PM or equivalent
