  • 85% of Time Requirement
    • Support the ND Master Data and Preventative Maintenance Improvement Plan through building out the PM Task Lists and SWI’s to establish the time, resources, and cost required to execute an efficient PM Program.
    • Works closely with Reliability Engineers to develop and improve work execution SWI’s around PM and CM
    • Work with Tioga Gas Plant (TGP) EHS Specialists to develop all Routine and Critical Lift Plans to expedite this process when planning work
    • Work with TGP EHS Specialists to identify all lifting devices that are required to perform safe work and have 3rd party engineering certified
  • 15% of Time Requirement
    • Work in conjunction with the Rotating Equipment Craft L/S to implement the Midstream Mechanic Competency Assessment and Training program by recommending the required individual training plans and coaching as needed
    • Support Field compression commissioning and start-up of new expansions and stations



  • 10+ years of Field operations experience
  • Equipment subject matter expert.
  • Logistics and Scheduling management experience
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft, SAP, Prometheus)
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment
  • 5+ years Leadership/Supervisory experience


  • Bachelors, or Associates degree preferred
  • SAP PM or equivalent
