Duties/Responsibilities

  • Supervises/Manages employee and contingent workers field activities
  • Maintains oversight of rig supervisor (employee/contractor) competency and skills
  • Ability to liaise performance management and employee development conversations
  • Provides coaching / drives work accountability with Well Site Supervisor
  • Participates and manages Human Performance Program
  • Provides support and leadership to the vendors’ human performance programs
  • Monitors process metrics to drive stability; implements countermeasures and suggests improvements according to KPI needs
  • Participation in risk assessment process
  • Leads and executes lean and continuous improvement activities
  • Works with Reliability/Production Engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities
  • Represents Subsurface Execution operations in root cause analysis (RCAs)
  • Responsible for Safety Quality Delivery Cost People (SQDCP). Helps develop and implements metrics for vendors
  • Engage contractor community to build trusted partnerships & sense of ownership
  • Facilitates contractor management, monitor contractor KPI’s and metrics and drive vendors for improvement opportunities

Experience/Skills          

  • Industrial / oilfield experience
  • Knowledge of subsurface equipment; awareness of surface equipment
  • Formal understanding of LEAN principles and tools
  • Work / project coordination
  • Strong supervisory / leadership experience
  • Highly Competent computer skills (Microsoft, SAP, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail and process improvements
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment
  • Reliability/Production engineering background

Education/Training       

  • Associates Degree Recommended
  • 4-year Degree Preferred
